Fire Dancer

Slow curls lick the sides

Thin liquid slips and slides

Hand of flame caress the sky

An illusion to the human eye.

Faster they dance from palm to palm.

While the audience remains so calm.

And then a swallow oh so fast.

The ball of flame a mighty blast.
